The survey ‘Experienced Consumers’ examines people 40 to 64 years of age and describes six types that differ in their general attitude towards life, their social life, their level of activity, and their consumption motivation. They can be reached through different channels. This typology has been enhanced with insights gained in focus groups. ‘Experienced Consumers’ supports the strategic communications consultancy and helps improving the tactical strategy.
